I know this is basically for self help but no one is coming to my site so i figure WTF am i doing knocking my self out to do this blog. So If you do visit here leave a comment, for I don't want to just be blogging to myself, I know what I eat and even though I am more aware of what I eat there is obviously no one else interested.
Good Luck to everyone with there diets and on their road to being healthy and fit.

Halloween is upon us
TGIF
Another week and all in all I think I did pretty good with my eating this week. I have to work a few hours tomorrow so I think I will do my cooking on sunday, i hope to film some of it and post it. I will be making spaghetti a huge pot of it.
Today I had brunch
Brunch:
1 1/2 cups honeydew melon balls, homemade roasted red pepper and roasted garlic hummus, pita bread, small antipasto and a Arizona Tea.
Dinner:
Some friends came over and had a taco bar, everyone make one item and bring it, i supplied the fresh veggie toppings lettuce tomatoes, onion, black olives, cilantro, green onions, jalapenos and salsa.
My friend Mandy got the idea from Rachel Ray. Have a great weekend!!!

Another Thursday
I kinda like Thursdays cause there only 1 more day till the weekend.
I tend to slack on eating habits on Thursdays and usually get Chinese take out or something and not cook or make anything but I want to make what I eat so I know what I'm eating.
Breakfast:
My famous fried potatoes and 4 scrambled eggs (I only use one yoke)
Lunch:
Skipped, I never eat lunch on Thursday's due to my work schedule.
Dinner:
Was nothing more than 2 ham sammies with tomatoes, onion and cheddar cheese and a bowl of tomato soup. Ummm ummmmm good.
My famous fried potatoes are everyone's favorite. I really don't measure ingredients in some things I cook and this is one of them.
Cook in a non-stick pan with 1 table spoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
2 medium potato's for each person
Maui Sweet onions
large clove of fresh garlic, minced
(if you don't have fresh garlic and onion powder will work)
season with,
Your favorite seasoned sea salt
Black pepper
Italian Seasonings
Dash of celery seed
Of course you can adjust the seasonings to your liking. ~ Enjoy

Hump Day
And what a day it was. I went through 3 earthquakes today. Well not real earthquakes today our county had mandatory drills for all public, medical, school and federal buildings and because my clients are in assisted living or medical type places I managed to get to each of my clients right before they had their drills. What fun that was, I deserve a certificate damn it!!!
Today I ate pretty well and noticing I get full faster i did slip back into old eating habits today, eating less in the morning and more for dinner as you will see in my menu.
Hope everyone is doing well. (note to self: you need to walk more.)
Breakfast:
My very awesome oatmeal and about 1/4 honeydew melon and my iced green tea concoction.
Lunch:
Skipped lunch today, I guess I was to shaken up after being in already two earthquakes. :P
Dinner:
Baked chicken nuggets with my homemade honey mustard sauce, Home Fries and baby peas in homemade onion cream sauce.
PEACE OUT <3

Foods that help you stay young
These foods suggested by Rosie's favorite fighter, Urijah Faber http://on.msn.com/akU0O1
FREE ORGANIC FOOD
As some of you know I am a Home Helper, I help people that are sick elderly and disabled in their home with everyday tasks.
My client today needed a ride to the food bank so off we went. When we arrived there i was amazed to see that they had four tables full of free organic produce, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, potatoes and bananas it was like heaven.
I asked the people that worked there who donated all the organic food, the Lady told me is was all donations from the local grocery stores, she said it is the food that people don't buy in the stores and before it goes bad they donate it to us. So I had to ask, "Can anyone have this stuff?" She handed me a bag and said help yourself only take what you will eat.
So needless to say I loaded me up a bag.
BE SURE to check out your local food banks for FREE ORGANIC FOODS you can bet ill be there to get my share.
Breakfast:
Skipped I know it's bad but I was running late and had no time.
Lunch:
Campbells Lite chicken and rice soup, Toasted Ham sammie with tomatoes, spicy sprouts, onion, mayo, mustard and red wine vinegar.
Dinner: flash fried teriyaki chicken with stir fry carrots, celery, onion and garlic over raman noodles. (I do not use the flavor packet it's nothing but salt) I add bouillon and teriyaki sauce.

It's Monday
OK everyone here we go. New week new postings. I will post what I eat with only pictures once in a while.
I will be saving one day off Saturday or Sunday to do some home cooking, from scratch all home made and I will post what I make.
When I cook I use real butter olive oil, pure cane sugar and sea salt, natures foods not factory chemicals.
Breakfast:
2 poached eggs on a piece of whole grain wheat toast. The best oatmeal in the world and a glass of whole milk.
Oatmeal, I use quick oats and in the water put in cinnamon sugar and vanilla. Makes it so yummy.
Lunch:
Ham cheddar cheese, tomatoes, onion and spicy sprouts sandwich in a pita bread. campbells light beef barley soup and a can of Arizona Green Tea.
Dinner:
I had my "Kitchen Sink Salad" you will see I eat a lot of this, I love it soooo much.
This salad contains just about every veggie and bean I have in my house.
Tonight's had, Shredded lettuce crab meat, pinto, navy, red and garbanzo beans, pickled beets, onion, hard boiled egg and ghetto croutons.
Salad Dressing:
2 Tbls of mayo
1 or 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar - (depends on taste)
powder garlic
powder onion
seasoned sea salt
pinch of pepper
egg yoke (from hard boiled egg in salad)
It's not a pretty salad but it's damn good.

Hey Everyone
Gosh where do i start, I have been so busy I have not had time to make any posts. It's not that I haven't been eating better it's just that I cant find the time to to blog.
Most of the time I just don't have time to take photos and think about what to write.
I will say I have been eating better and thinking about what I put into my mouth. I have cut down the sweets and been cooking more healthy.
I hope to catch up soon with the blog and hope everyone is doing great.
