What a busy weekend.
In between Seattle's Hempfest and having to do stuff around the house it was nonstop. For the most part I ate pretty good although I screwed up Saturday night and ate a bunch of junk.
This weeks grocery's have alot of seafood, I have had a chance to eat all day today so I made up for it with my dinner.
Homemade salmon patty's with homemade dill sauce, butter beans and mucho salad with beets, crab, cheese and mushrooms with homemade dressing.
I made extra dill sauce and salmon pattys so ill be having them again this week. love umm.
Let me know if you want recipes, I make most of my food from scratch with simple common ingredients.
WOW! Just checked out the website for Hempfest. I had no idea the movement was so large. Good luck with you one year plan.

Hey Cora, I just cook them in butter and add salt and pepper, unfortunately they were canned.
